Sample drop questions answered accordingly! 

1. What is Sample Drop? Sample Drop is an online retailer specialising in one-off items at unique prices, offering a range of products from various brands, including skis, ski boots, clothing, gloves, helmets, goggles, and luggage. In some cases, we manage to get excess stock from brands, meaning the products are the same as what you'll find in the shops, just way cheaper!

2. Which brands do you carry? We feature a selection of brands such as Armada, Bach, Blizzard, Dolomite, Level Gloves, Picture, and Pit Viper. We are always on the hunt for new brands and will release brand teasers as soon as we aggree with a supplier. Check out our instagram for news. 

3. Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders over £150.

4. How can I stay updated on new arrivals and promotions? You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email on our website to receive updates on new drops and exclusive offers. Instagram is also a tool we use to release drop info. 

5. What is your return policy? Please refer to our terms and conditions for detailed information on returns and exchanges.

6. Do you have a physical store? We operate exclusively online. However, if you're nearby and would like to visit, feel free to drop by our headquarters during business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5 pm.

8. Do you ship internationally? We offer shipping to various countries. Please check our shipping policy for a list of available destinations and associated costs.

9. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.

10. Are the products you sell new or used? All items sold on Sample Drop are new, often unique or limited in quantity, providing customers with exclusive products at special prices. "THE OUTLET" will be a place for ex-demo kit, or 'B' grade samples. 

11. Are samples covered under warranty? No. Samples are not covered by warranties. There are a number of reasons why however we carefully select what we stock, and if we find it defective on delivery, we send it back. 

12. How do you sell the gear so cheap? Simple. Brand distributors and agents will receive one of each item, sometimes in each colour-way too. These samples are used as a selling tool for the big retailers, where they order big multiples of that one item. Once the selling season is over, the sample becomes somewhat obsolete. Big retailers find it a big faff to upload single items (trust us it takes a long time), so it is common for brands to get stuck with them. Some agents and distributors simply don't have the space to store them, or the ability or time to sell them on various platforms... in walks Sample Drop!
